KORAL KINGDOM DOA SHIPPING

All deliveries are tracked and monitored by Koral Kingdoms including time of delivery to the location selected by the purchaser. Koral Kingdoms guarantees live species up to two hours after delivery as recorded by the carrier.

Limitation of Liability: Purchaser must take a picture of the inside of the original packaging (such as container or bag) even if species is still alive. If the delivery is dead on arrival (DOA) or within two hours of delivery, then Koral Kingdoms will provide the purchaser credit or a replacement of the coral depending on availability. Purchaser will not be reimbursed for the shipping charges, but the value of DOA coral may be applied to another order for free shipping. Koral Kingdom is not responsible for any shipping or weather delays caused by the carriers.
